“Let’s hang out and talk about corporate health insurance!” … said no one ever.

The thing is, health insurance is a crucial consideration for many small business owners and their employees. And when a top health insurer offers a new product designed for the future of wellness, we should pay attention.

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Vermont was searching for a unique, cut-through-the-clutter way to unveil their new preventative care product, BlueEdge. Oxbow, in partnership with HMC, was more than up for the task. We built a dynamic, plain-speaking microsite to showcase the insurance products and its benefits.

The Approach

 

Through movement and fresh eye-catching content, the site kept visitors entertained while leading them through all of the product details. On-brand quirks and bursts of movement (activated upon scrolling) kept visitors engaged throughout their journey through the site. Easy to read, clear, and concise formatting were key in making sure the material at hand could be easily digested. Who knew health insurance could be so sexy?
